We automatically collect:
- Minute Balance: Tracking your subscription usage
- Message Metadata: Timestamps, language pairs, processing modes (not message content)
- App Interactions: Features used, screens visited, errors encountered
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version

3. Voice Data: Special Protections

- Your voice clone is created using ElevenLabs' Instant Voice Cloning technology
- Voice clone IDs are stored securely and associated only with your account
- Your clone cannot be accessed or used by other users
- Voice clones are permanently deleted when you delete them or close your account
3.2 Voice Data Isolation
- Your original voice recordings are stored in isolated, encrypted storage
- Recordings are only accessible to you and the AI processing pipeline
- Recipients only receive the translated/synthesized version, never your original recording
3.3 No Voice Sharing
We will never:
- Sell your voice data
- Use your voice to train public AI models
- Share your voice clone with third parties
- Allow others to use your voice without your consent
3.4 Future Voice Training (Planned)
In the future, we may offer automatic voice quality improvement:
- After ~2 hours of accumulated high-quality recordings
- Your voice clone could be upgraded to higher fidelity
- This will require your explicit opt-in consent
- You will retain full control and ownership

Our individualized message management system means:
- You can delete your sent messages without affecting the recipient's copy
- When you "Clear My Space," only your messages are removed
- Audio files are preserved until both users delete their copies
7. Your Rights and Choices
7.1 Access Your Data
You can access your data through:
- Profile Screen: View and edit your account information
- Voice Screen: View your voice clone details
- Chat Screen: View all your messages
- Data Export: Contact support@versavoice.ai for a full data export
7.2 Correct Your Data
You can update your information at any time:
- Edit profile details in the Profile screen
- Update language preferences in the Language screen
- Modify fluency settings in the Language screen
7.3 Delete Your Data
You have the right to delete:
- Individual Messages: Swipe to delete or clear chat space
- Voice Clone: Delete and recreate from Voice screen
- Entire Account: Delete account from Profile screen (7-day grace period)
7.4 Data Portability
Upon request, we will provide your data in a portable format:

- Voice recordings (original audio files)
- Message transcripts (text)

8. Children's Privacy
